Stunning wide brim hat by Christyle's from around the 1990's. Beautiful shade of blue with black decoration. No size or fabric content. Probably polyester. The 5 3/4" brim has sheer strips and can be turned up or down. Shown both ways in the photos. It measures 22" around the inside band. The crown is 4 1/2" high. Decorated in black tulle, mesh and feathers. The brim is top with a layer of black mesh. Large mesh bow with netting and silk flowers with rhinestones. Very good condition. No soiling to the inside band. Some of the flower pedals look a little bent. Smoke free home. I ship same or next business day.
